Tim O'Sullivan

Tim O'Sullivan graduated from University of Technology Sydney in 1987. Whilst still attending UTS and for two years following graduation, Tim worked in the office of Harry Seidler and Associates gaining experience in a broad range of significant urban and
commercial projects.

 

In 1989, Tim travelled to Europe where he worked for leading internationally recognised offices such as Richard Rodgers Partnership and Renzo Piano Building Workshop. On his return to Sydney in 1993, he worked on two significant projects at Lippmann Associates being the TIG headquarters in Bangkok and the redevelopment of a Sulman awarded heritage site in Sydney.

 

Tim has had immense experience with a wide range of local commercial clients including Mirvac. He has a wealth of commercial experience undertaking feasibility studies to help establish new commercial projects and opportunities. Tim has worked with Lippmann Partnership as an Associate Director intermittently, since 1993. He takes an active interest in environmental sustainability and green architecture.

 

Tim is an extremely competent and experienced architect. His interest and skill in urban design and its architectural resolution adds significant depth to the design team.
