The Masterplan encompasses 22 hectares of prime waterfront (formerly Patrick's Stevedoring) dockland accommodating more than 330,000 square metres of commercial, retail,residential and hotel uses as well as significant green space and public domain infrastructure.

This Masterplanning project is the most significant urban development in Sydney's history.
